Unedited feedback from the teams we've designed, built and shipped for. If we've worked together, we'd love to hear how it went.
We came to Adrian with a reporting stack that took forty seconds to load a single merchant dashboard. They spent the first week just reading our code and asking questions, which nobody else had bothered to do. The rebuild shipped in nine weeks and dashboards now render in under two. Our support tickets about 'the dashboard is broken' went to zero.
Healthcare software is usually a choice between compliant and usable. They gave us both. The scheduling portal went live across 40 clinics without a single day of downtime, and our front-desk staff needed about ten minutes of training. The weekly demos meant we never once wondered what they were working on.
As a two-person founding team we needed people who could make decisions without us in the room. Multi-tenancy, billing and onboarding were live in under four months, and the architecture has held up through three pricing model changes since. I've handed the codebase to two new hires and neither needed hand-holding.
They pushed back on our first brief, which I did not enjoy at the time and am grateful for now. Reworking the tracking before touching spend meant we could finally see which channels actually paid. Cost per qualified lead is down 38% over two quarters on roughly the same budget.
Honest feedback helps us get better and helps the next team decide whether we're the right fit. It takes a minute.
Reviews are read and checked before they go live, so yours won't appear on the page straight away. We publish the good and the critical alike — we only remove spam.
